We were just at beginning a long road trip when my husband fell off some steps. We were out of state and unfamiliar with the area and medical facilities. EMS had to be called, and he was diagnosed with severe fractures of the hip and elbow. Surgery was required, as well as inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, before he was cleared to be flown home.
EA+ was on this journey with us. They took care of my hotels, our tickets home, and even made sure our car was driven home. All services were so valued but definitely needed air transportation home. Even thinking back, I had excellent service. I never anticipated having to use this [program] but felt the peace of mind was worth the cost. And was I ever right! The agents were super supportive, and I had peace in a very stressful situation.
He continues with physical therapy but has made amazing progress. We have two trips scheduled this year and EA+ will be right there traveling with us.
