General questions

To report a technical issue within the portal, simply navigate to the “Support” section on the left-hand side. From there, you can find contact information or simply call 844-413-6766. Our support team will be happy to promptly address the issue and provide assistance.

To update your personal information, simply navigate to your profile located in the top right-hand corner.

Your client will receive a confirmation email and will also have the option to be enrolled in our informative monthly newsletter. Rest assured, our white-glove customer service is dedicated to ensuring your client remains satisfied and engaged.

There are no age restrictions or pre-existing condition exclusions with EA+. EA+ is currently available exclusively to U.S. residents. However, Washington state residents must be traveling more than 100 miles away from home to qualify for EA+ services.
